Camp Coaching Directors
The camp curriculum will be designed by Ryan Lyddy, the Newtown High School Boys Varsity Coach, along with his assistants Matt Cotto, Chris O'Heron, and Adem Selmani.
The 14-year head coaching career of Lyddy includes two stops – ten years at his alma mater of Fairfield Prep (2010-2019) and four seasons at Newtown High School (2020-present).

The Newtown High School boys will be supporting the coaching staff and running the different age groups throughout the week.
The kids will get to connect with high school players from their own community, all while learning and growing their own skills.
Camp Details...
Be a Newtown High School Nighthawk for a week this summer! Learn new soccer skills and improve your level of play in a fun and positive environment. Boys and girls ages 7-12. All levels of experience are welcome.
Under the direction of NHS Varsity Assistant Coach Matt Cotto, NHS soccer players will facilitate small group drills, play, and games throughout the week! Breaks will be built into each session with opportunities for additional cooperative activities. This camp is a great opportunity to learn from NHS Boys Soccer players at Blue & Gold Stadium!
